Therefore, International Court of Justice, in additional to accusations to Generals of the police of Portugal and Spain, i am providing accusations to those officers who does investigation and do not comply with laws, as – i am accusing them as of intentional and constant supporting terrorists rapists murderers criminals, and constantly intentionally are hiding important evidence and are hiding those criminals terrorists rapists freaks who are stalking me and are constantly controlling my actions while keeping me as their hostage with hijacked communications and hijacked finance.
You , International Court of Justice with European persecutors must demand by forced those terrorists to proceed to provide me documents and names and stolen belongings and my money to me and investigation details, and – with no delay, if you want to avoid of more expenses and more of damage and harm to my person and to my business.
And, you see, it is no point to provide the reports to local law enforcement officers in Europe – because in Europe these law enforcement officers are mafia – terrorists rapists murderers and freaks sexual harassers abusers and drug addicts also alcoholics, – so, these is no point to report these terrorists to local police – because they do not comply with laws also as regarding the 7th and 21st articles of Consultation of Lithuania.  Also, European persecutors, i require to these terrorists rapists freaks most severe punishments as liability due to their terroristic actions.
